Wireless Control Limited Warranty
ALL WIRELESS CONTROLS COME WITH A LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY
After following troubleshooting instructions below, limited warranty may be submitted.
WHAT IS COVERED?
A receiver or transmitter that does not operate correctly (For Example, if a function doesn’t operate)
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
All burnt circuit boards, as this is due to incorrect end user installation, faulty equipment that the units were installed on, improper wiring connections, improper gauge of wire used, or voltage spike coming into the board from the power source. Any and all alterations to our units (cutting off OEM supplied power connectors, etc.) instantly voids all warranties.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?

If troubleshooting has failed, you will be instructed to send the unit back to us with a copy of your order receipt. No returns or warranty will be processed without a receipt. Our technicians will analyze the unit. If it is determined, that the unit operation has failed and not the cause of a installation error the unit will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
WHAT IF MY UNIT DOES NOT WORK AND I NEED A REPLACEMENT ASAP?
You will be required to place an order and pay for a new unit. If the unit returned is covered under the limited warranty we will create a refund of the identical replacement unit ordered.
SnowPlowsPlus, DMB Inc, Control All Wireless, NWI and our Distributors and dealers will be held harmless of any and all liability of any and all damage that may be incurred by the installation, or operation of any of our wireless transmitters or receiver units. The end user and or installer assumes all liability. We have no control over the proper installation and application of our devices.
